We have a team of dedicated membership experience coordinators who work with our members to understand their individualized needs and schedules and make sure their appointments are scheduled accordingly to optimize their memberships and healthcare needs. In addition to scheduling, our membership experience team is in frequent communication with our members to make sure they are doing well after scheduled appointments and to see if anything in their lives requires an impromptu visit to MedHouse (acutely sick, traveling, burnt out from work, etc). Our team provides
exceptional customer service and ensures all members feel like an integral part of our ecosystem.
No. We are a private social wellness club where like-minded individuals come to socialize, network, and optimize their health with cutting-edge alternative therapies.
All members must be pre-approved after completion of a membership application and other criteria.
Certain treatments are available to nonmembers, however, members get priority scheduling and additional benefits. Other options for nonmembers also exist, such as day passes and gift certificates.

We offer several memberships for our community, including monthly recurring and nonrecurring options. Nonrecurring options include day passes, medical tourism packages, and extended stay packages.
All memberships get access to all club amenities, including educational seminars and invitations to social events. Memberships differ based on the number of points allotted per month. Each therapy and treatment offered at MedHouse holds a certain number of points that can be redeemed throughout the month.

MedHouse is not just a facility that allows you to get an IV and a cryotherapy session. While we offer these exceptional healing modalities, and many others, MedHouse was designed to be a community of likeminded individuals that serves as a space for growing interpersonal relationships, which is one of the most overlooked tools needed for optimal wellness. The creation and development of this wellness community offers something far more special than any of the other cookie cutter wellness destinations in the area. MedHouse is truly unique and Palm Beach locals will be hard pressed to find anything quite like it.
We offer three different memberships that vary in points allotted for use per month: Revive- 10 points per month, Thrive- 20 points per month, and Optimize- unlimited points per month. Our tech antidotes have an assigned point value to them which represents how many points must be spent to use that specific antidote. Point values range from 1-3 points. If a revive member books a 1-point Cryotherapy session at the beginning of the month, they will have 9 points left to be utilized throughout the remainder of the month.
It is a place to socialize and refresh, all while getting treatments conducted by doctors, nurses, and other medical staff.

White coat syndrome is very real and seen frequently when patients visit facilities that look like traditional doctors’ offices. The bland medical environment causes acute high blood pressure which can impact the patients visit. We wanted MedHouse to feel unlike any medical environment our members have ever visited. We had the pleasure of working with local interior design firm, Spina O’Rourke who took our out-of-the-box dreams of an industrial, yet still Palm Beach aesthetic and brought them to life. Every detail of the space was designed with wellness in mind from the lighting, to the seating options, to the color palate; MedHouse oozes serenity from every room.
All the decisions that went into selecting the services offered at MedHouse stemmed from the cases that we were treating everyday of our clinic, R3 Health. Multiple times a day our team would say how beneficial a cryotherapy treatment or hyperbaric oxygen session would be in treating a specific patient’s ailment. We found ourselves referring our patients to multiple different facilities that always seemed to be inconvenient and far away from the Palm Beach area. We thought we needed a place where all the treatments we’d refer out to were all in one place and easily accessible to our patients. Once we decided that our community would greatly benefit from easy access to ground-breaking healing modalities, we began looking at patient data to see what conditions and symptoms seemed to be at the forefront of our community. This data showed us that we needed to be focused on anti-inflammation, cellular recharge and proliferation, regenerative tissue repair, and anxiety reducing/calming tools. With this science-backed knowledge, MedHouse was born.
